Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of sales support staff, providing coaching and training to improve performance and productivity.
- Coordinate and lead sales meetings, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date with the latest sales strategies and targets.
- Handle complex customer service issues, providing solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring that all pricing information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Utilize Salesforce, ERP, Sage X3, and other CRM systems to manage customer accounts and track sales performance.
- Participate in prospecting and cold calling activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas, demonstrating a consistent track record of success in a sales role.
- Act as a "hunter," aggressively seeking out new business opportunities and driving B2B sales.
- Manage key customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, supervision, customer service, and account management.
- Proven experience with sales coaching and sales leadership.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP, and other CRM systems (Sage X3 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with prospecting, cold calling, and meeting sales quotas.
- Proven track record as a "hunter," with the ability to aggressively drive B2B sales.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complex issues and ensure customer success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and build strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
