About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and technical support, ensuring exceptional service to both new and existing customers. The specialist will manage customer communication, assist with order processing, and collaborate with Sales management to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound communications from agents, and distributors, including calls, emails, and faxes
- Process order fulfillments, shipping requests, and database entries
- Route sales leads to Account Managers to ensure timely responses
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Shipping, and Finance teams on returns, credits, and reports
- Address and document customer complaints in conjunction with the Sales team for Quality Assurance
- Monitor and follow up on backorders to ensure reliable fulfillment
- Assist with administrative revisions for packaging, labeling, and SOPs as directed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field
- Experience in a sales support role or sales environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with medical distribution or a similar industry is a plus
