Sales Support Specialist
HCI Systems Inc. is a rapidly growing low-voltage contracting company based in California. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Booking department in Ontario. In this role, you’ll have a key part in processing sales and booking submissions for our upcoming client projects and working closely with our internal sales representatives. This role will report directly to the Assistant Controller and Billing Supervisor.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately input sales and booking submissions into our software in a timely manner.
- Handle a high volume of 20+ booking submissions daily.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team to ensure thorough documentation and submission of client materials for projects.
- Perform precise data entry tasks, including inputting proposals, dollar values, estimates, and customer information into our internal system.
- Prepare and submit invoices to our customers.
- Provide sales support across diverse client markets, including General Contractors, Property Management Companies, Developers, Architects, Hospitals, Hotels, Government, Universities, and Public and Private Entities.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in sales support, sales administrative, or customer support.
- Previous sales support, sales administrative or customer support experience within construction, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and alarm systems is a plus.
- Proven experience handling a high volume of administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing competing priorities.
- Capacity to handle constructive criticism and adapt accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate efficiently with our sales team.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and strong sense of professionalism.
- Must be able to pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay: 23-25/hr
