McFarling Foods seeks an energetic Sales Support Specialist for its Dayton, OH, region.

If so, you will be on the front lines of driving our sales growth by supporting our Distributor Sales Representative. You will play a critical role in maximizing sales with our existing customers and developing and servicing future customers to continue securing McFarling Foods, Inc as an industry leader. We pride ourselves on being a step above our competitors, especially in delivery times and customer service. The right candidate will be fully committed to organizational success, possess a "can do" attitude, and believe anything is possible with the proper focus.

Your responsibilities will span a vast array of skills, including but not limited to the following:

• Become the Distributor Sales Representatives' coverage and support person, conducting customer visits to take orders and provide product resolution.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
• Work closely with regular and prospective customers in assigned territory to solicit orders, display or demonstrate products, provide samples, deliver products, and showcase problem-solving in managing customer orders.
• Work directly with inside sales representatives and purchasing personnel.
• Tracks stock levels and coordinate customer training.
