Peace Industries, Inc (dba Spotnails), an award-winning distributor of pneumatic stapling tools, collated fasteners, and replacement parts, headquartered in Rolling Meadows IL, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team, help us continue to build a fantastic workplace, and help our customers grow their businesses.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, as a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the VP and the National Sales Manager on sales analysis, project coordination, supplier communication and some event planning. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with outside sales team members, as well as customers, and suppliers, and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

- $49,000 - $60,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience

Primary responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:
- Supplier Coordination: Work collaboratively with suppliers to obtain cost estimates and develop accurate quotes, factoring in shipping costs and desired margins.
- Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Support and prepare regular sales reports and presentations for sales management.
- Project Coordination: Assist sales leadership with various sales and marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns. Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Communication: Serve as a key liaison for sales leadership, outside sales team members, customers, and 3rd party suppliers. Facilitate clear and effective communication to foster strong relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Foster a positive team environment by prioritizing other’s needs.
- Event Planning: Plan and support marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer appreciation events. Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Qualifications for the Sales Support Specialist:

- Tech savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in sales support or marketing preferred
