Required Education: High school diploma or its equivalent required: Associate degree or BS degree in Business, Marketing, or technical field preferred
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)
•4+ years of experience with Sales support and field sales quotation
•Help support accuracy between Salesforce/NXGEN
Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:
•Work with Sales Professional and field teams for day-to-day activities specific to his/her needs.
•Review and update expired quotes, manage current sales/customer assignments and update in NXGEN, manage accuracy of quotes daily, update any customer contact information, communicate with service sales on current opportunities participate in bi-weekly service sales-call.
•Help support Service Agreement quotes with customer follow-ups.
•Communicate with field team on status of current quotes.
•Help support accuracy between Salesforce/NXGEN.
•Participate in sales meetings/conference calls, as needed, both internally and with customers to discuss account needs.
•Experience/Skills/Abilities. Positive attitude and strong personality to work directly with a demanding customer. Strong keyboarding and typing skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Proficient in MS Office with strong emphasis in Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to multi-task and establish work priorities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with demonstrated judgment skills
•Knowledge of or ability to learn Client operating systems. Strong organizational skills Strong work ethic, Broad proficiency in customer relations, presentations, and sales motivation.
•Highly motivated self-starter with an eye for detail. Strong/excellent attendance history required.
