Immediate opening for a Sales and Support Manager in Ontario, CA who possesses:
- 5+ years' supervisory experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Extensive experience with CRM Software
FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage the inside sales representatives team
- Set and Track sales targets for the team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
- Build an open-communication environment for your team
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Prepare and Manage Visitors at Corporate Office
- Manage and Prepare for Rep Training
- Oversee day to day operations of the Sales Support team.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring of personnel for Sales Support team.
- Yearly Performance evaluations
- Upkeep of departmental Policies and Procedures manuals
- Rotation of responsibilities to ensure all personnel is cross trained in various duties of the department.
- Monitor and maintain balance of workload with the department to insure timely response to all reps/dealers/customer inquiries within the various territories.
- Scheduling and approval of all requests for time off to ensure the department can continue to run smoothly during the absences.
- Review and approve individual timecards bi-weekly.
- Annual update of Miscellaneous Pricing used in custom quoting process
- Monitoring the upkeep of various tracking tools for submission to senior management.
- Interact with team members on customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- Review and approve all new customer account set-up forms.
- Review stock code creation forms for standard product.
- Review all e-mail correspondence related to Sales and Orders to ensure necessary action and timely follow-up.
- Review daily bookings
- Approve Return Merchandise requests
- Approval of No Charge orders
- Meet with the team to discuss current workload to prioritize and/or delegate as needed
- Work individually with the team members on research and pricing for customized product
- Review and approve custom pricing as provided by the team members.
- Review and approve CDS forms for drawings requests and/or new orders for submission to marketing or engineering departments.
- Assist reps and/or sales management with research/projects/inquiries as requested.
- Process of customer or stand orders when required, which includes order entry, preparation of CDS forms and stock code creation forms.
- Oversee department, answer calls and email to keep incoming inquiries and ongoing projects handled during period of absences.
- Interface with engineering and production with production questions.
- Attend the weekly production meetings.
- Quotation preparation, as needed.
- Prepare the bi-weekly reports for the Palmer Snyder bi-weekly meeting for Operations.
- Approve Freight invoices.
- End-of-Day Reporting.
- End-of Month Reporting (SysPro).
- HubSpot Monitoring and Reporting (Tasks, Deals and Team Incentive Information).
- Manage Commission Reporting (Accrual and Payout).
- Manage New Rep Paperwork.
- May Attend Trade Shows.
- Weekly meeting with your manager.
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or Customer Service Manager
- Hands on experience with CRM software
- Advanced in Microsoft Applications
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
Salary Range: $90k-$100k/yr
