About the Job
The Sales Support Manager's role is to support the sales teams with lead assignment, as well as proposal and client agreement preparation in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity, which includes assisting in all sales and administrative activities essential for the growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales support cycle and team while supporting growing sales teams
- Final approval of proposals using CRM smart quoting tool and Excel-based IRR calculator
- Final approval of agreements for accuracy, including preparation of addenda and DocuSign administration
- Responsible for relationships with 3rd party financing companies
- Management of insurance, licensing and preferred vendor requirements
- Prepare RFPs as needed for more in-depth proposals
- Prepare required client notices
- Support sales reps with customer meetings (preparation and/or attendance may be required)
- Communicate with potential clients on behalf of the sales team
- Guide sales people in entering accurate forecasts in our CRM tool
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed for management team
- Assist in preparation and revision of training materials for Sales & Sales Support teams
- Collaborate with other teams on new sales and company-wide projects
- Help ensure proper record keeping in CRM tool, maintaining accurate data for sales team
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Skills and Specifications:
- Detail-oriented, Problem solver, Numerate
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other Web-Based Programs
- Salesforce.com experience required, CPQ experience preferred'
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Positive attitude and adept as navigating diverse sales personalities
- Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management
- Ability to learn technical products
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in Administrative or Customer Service role
- Experience with contract management preferred
