Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategies and Pricing Oversight Keep product pricing up to date in catalogues and ensure competitiveness.
- Product Catalogue Enhancement Regularly add new items and update pricing and product details in the product catalogue.
- Sales Team Collaboration Partner with the sales division for clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Supply Chain Synchronization Coordinate with logistics for seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive Customer Relations Actively engage with customers to assess satisfaction and address issues.
- Operational Systems Management Update internal systems with product and customer information and resolve queries.
- Cross-Functional Team Integration Facilitate communication between departments to enhance daily operations.
- Financial Operations Manage credit issuance and customer accounts for timely payment resolutions.
- Order Fulfilment Accuracy Ensure precise and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Technology Utilization Use EDI tools to enhance operational processes.
- Accounts Receivable Administration Oversee client accounts and pursue overdue payments.
- Returns and Exchanges Supervision Manage product returns and exchanges in line with company policies.
- Financial Reconciliation Investigate and reconcile deduction discrepancies.
- Excellence in Customer Service Address customer inquiries and issues to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience in customer service management, particularly in the food industry.
- Understanding of collections, returns, pricing, and customer service principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
- Familiarity with EDI systems and processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications in business management or customer relations.
- Extensive experience in sales support within the food industry.
