This position involves collaborating closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams to ensure the successful application and integration of valve, actuator, and control products. *Sales Support Engineer Responsibilities* * Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers. * Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. * Address and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues. * Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. *Sales Support Engineer Position Requirements* * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of (education and experience) * 2-5 years of successful applications engineering / sales support experience in an industrial environment, preferably in pumps, instrumentation, valves, and flow control products * Proficient with computers and working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM systems, ERP systems, valve and pump sizing programs * Heat trace experience * Proven performance in sales, self-motivated, proficient delegator, team builder, highly energetic and have a positive outlook
