Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Support the sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance.
Assist with generating quotes and proposals for potential clients.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up activities for the sales team.
Maintain client records and update the database with relevant information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish(basic conversations) is necessary.
Prior experience in a sales support role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
