We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to take on responsibility for the day-to-day internal operations of our Sales team. You will handle customer-related and internal administrative needs, collaborate with the Legal team to ensure timely review and signing of customer agreements and pursue long-term projects to optimize sales operations within the company.

What you will do at Integral Molecular:
- Serve as the point person for Salesforce, our current CRM, within the company, taking care of product updates, submitting tech support requests, and addressing individual account needs.
- Continue to integrate Salesforce into all sales activities for the Sales and Finance teams, including improving user experience and ensuring data quality.
- Prepare and submit customer documents as needed.
- Coordinate customer agreement review in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Create and maintain best practice documents and protocols for Sales practices.
- Schedule and facilitate weekly Sales Operations meeting.
- Assist with clerical and administrative needs of Marketing, Finance, IP, and Administrative teams as needed.
The successful candidate will have:
Experience:
- 2+ years of work experience, preferably in an administrative/clerical role.
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including asking questions when task assignments or goals are unclear.
- Demonstrated ability to execute long-term tasks independently.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree preferred.
