Sales Strategic Planning & Ops Program Manager - Goaling Process Activation - Meta

Summary:

Meta is seeking an analytical, process & detail oriented individual to drive global process standardization, process management, and continuous improvement projects across our Sales organization. Your role will be a part of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team, which oversees group strategy and operational execution. The primary objectives of this role are to (a) assess the efficiency of our Operating Model, (b) identify, design and implement process/ tool improvements and (c) own operational processes globally with the intent of continuous improvement to the way the business operates. You will be close to the organization’s global strategy and will be tasked with proactively identifying future needs to ensure the business is operationally ready as strategy evolves, changes and new growth opportunities are identified and prioritized. The role partners deeply with stakeholders across all Sales Teams and cross-functional partners (including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Finance etc.). You will be just as comfortable running in-depth analysis of our existing Operating Model as well as clearly communicating, presenting and project managing proposed improvements. You will be expected to be self-starting and to architect processes in a move-fast environment. You should expect to work in a highly ambiguous environment where scope of responsibility and performance is measured on the impact they have had on our operational effectiveness.

Required Skills:

Sales Strategic Planning & Ops Program Manager - Goaling Process Activation Responsibilities:

1. Manage on time and accurate execution of the Sales Goaling process.

2. Drive operational excellence and rigor based on review of current processes through documentation and analysis of process and data flows and the identification of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.

3. Design new global process flows as well as internal tool/ CRM/ 3rd party tool requirements and run point on implementation in partnership with Product/ Engineering.

4. Drive global standardization and operational alignment across various different Go-To-Market approaches.

5. Lead the operational vision for process domains, manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and balance long-term solutioning with continuous improvement and tactical wins.

6. Regularly communicate with stakeholders across the Sales organization to define global Operations roadmap, execute on projects and establish effective feedback loops with central/ regional teams.

7. Partner and influence numerous cross-functional partners across the organization, including Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, etc. to ensure best in class collaboration across all Operations projects.

8. Synthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective, analytical decisions regarding the global operating model.

9. Bachelors Degree in a numerate or business related subject (Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, etc.).

10. 8+ years of experience in roles such as Product Management, Technical Product Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or Risk Management.

11. Extensive experience in process design, standardization & continuous improvement.

12. Track record of working directly with Internal Product teams on the design and implementation of internal tool development projects and/or 3rd party solutions.

13. Demonstrated problem solving experience, providing sound business insights and recommendations.

14. Experience working to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

15. Proven stakeholder management experience – including managing multiple partners simultaneously.

16. Demonstrated experience presenting technical content to general audiences. Advanced Excel and PPT skills.

Public Compensation:

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
