Hours Available: Minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Primarily core retail hours (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). Remaining weekday hours discretionary based on operational needs. Must also be available to work all major retail holidays.

Summary:Responsible for providing support to the sales organization by taking the lead of BEDGEAR's store-within-a-store presence and sales at major furniture retailer.
Essential Functions (include but not limited to):
- Traveling to targeted retail partner locations to embed themselves in the culture of the retailer and drive performance in their stores by:
- Engage with consumers to educate them on the benefits of BEDGEAR products to enhance their recovery.
- Ensure sales goals are met for store location.
- Educate store RSAs on the BEDGEAR selling process and products.
- Host pillow fitting workshops
- Stay apprised of BEDGEAR inventory within shop.
- Store performance reporting to sales manager/director
- Assist in development of site promotional plans.
- Provide visual merchandising compliance reports for store visits, events, etc. that includes but is not limited to:
- Take pictures of POP/Display items during in-store visits
- Provide recommendations for merchandising opportunities.
- Evaluate competition floor space compared to ours and provide insights to account management and sales managers.
- Identify open spaces for marketing collateral opportunities, (i.e., blank walls for posters/banners, windows for treatments, etc.)
- Updating SharePoint with reports after store visits
- Act as a business partner to account manager by participating in business review meetings and contributing with valuable “boots-on-ground” insights.
- Relay training opportunities and content to curriculum developers based off observations in the field.
- Act as brand champion at company events like tradeshows and activations.
- Maintain and submit timely and accurate expense reports.
- Assist in additional projects and duties as requested.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
- English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
- Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office
- Weekend and retail holiday availability
Sensory Requirements: Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone and in person.
Environmental: Exposure to various environments during travel to/from different sites however work is generally performed indoors within retail store.
Education/Experience/License Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail experience (experience with consumer goods or lifestyle brand is highly preferred)
- Coaching and/or training experience is a plus
- Mattress and bedding accessories experience preferable
- Experience working remotely is a plus
Language Skills: English Proficiency - Superb diction.
Mathematical Skills: Basic Arithmetic and Algebra. Retail math a plus.
Reasoning Ability: Wide latitude for independent judgment. Must be able to identify audience and adjust training techniques to accommodate cultural, environmental, or any other variable to provide a clear and consistent message. Must be a self-starter that can work independently but also work in a team.
Work Environment: Fast-paced. Requires high-energy. Requires teamwork and constant communication between multiple parties. Must be flexible and possess the ability to adapt to change if necessary.
