Allstar Building Materials is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, territory management, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lumber/trim sales.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Manage an assigned territory to maximize sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, knowledge of lumber material is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrate ability to manage a territory effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving goals.
- A valid driver’s license is required as travel within the territory is essential.
