- 1st Year Potential: $1000 - $1200 / week
- 2nd Year Potential: $1200 - $1500

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for patients.
- Recommend the best hearing solutions tailored to patients' lifestyles.
- Fit and adjust hearing aids to meet individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on the use and maintenance of their hearing aids and accessories.
- Provide continuous care and support to ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional care with every patient interaction.
- Foster repeat and referral business through excellent service and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the Patient Services Coordinator and Owner on outreach initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment.
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a trainee/apprentice permit as required by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Strong commitment to excellence in patient care.
- Drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Good dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
- Ability to work independently with sound decision-making and judgment.
