This role is pivotal in driving sales growth within the ag-tech industry. - Salary: $50,000-$55,0000
- Hybrid after training in Arden Hills, MN
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by proactively managing and responding to sales inquiries through multiple communication channels, including phone and email, with a focus on converting potential leads in the agriculture technology sector

Independently manage customer relationship management (CRM) workspace, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and potential opportunities

Collaborate closely with customer support and cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies, contribute to product development insights, and support the overall growth of the sales team

Represent the company at relevant agricultural and technology events, networking with potential clients and showcasing the innovative virtual fencing solution to expand market reach

Develop and nurture customer relationships through personalized communication, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions that highlight the unique value of the company's agricultural technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Sales, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in technology, agricultural technology, or consultative sales environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships, present complex technological solutions, and effectively engage potential clients in the agricultural technology market
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication technologies, with proven capability to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and leverage technological tools for sales optimization
- Self-motivated professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently while collaboratively contributing to team objectives and company growth strategies
- Deep passion for agricultural innovation, sustainable farming practices, and technological solutions that address critical challenges in livestock management and agricultural productivity
