The Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales/Service Admin to join our company. As a Sales/Service Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient, effective, and superior customer service delivery. The customer experience starts with Sales and continues through Service and covers every aspect in between.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order entry, answering phone lines, message management, data entry in CRM and performing all customer service/sales support activities as needed
- Act as Primary Liaison between all departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor expected ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
- Constant communication with customers on their orders, shipment, or service
- Provide superior customer service by identifying issues, devising solutions, and accepting ownership to a successful timely closure
- Maintain accurate customer records
About You:
- You have at least 2 years in a sales and/or customer service administrative role. Experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- You have technical aptitude and can learn a complex product line with proper training
- You display a strong sales-minded attitude and understand the importance of the customer experience
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are familiar with ERP systems/order entry processes
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are professional and courteous with phone and email communication
- You have strong organizational and time-management skills
- You can multitask and prioritize effectively and are detail-oriented
