We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing sales of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding particularly on displays and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and projects.
2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop strategic sales plans.
3. Utilize product knowledge to showcase the features and benefits of our products through demonstrations.
4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service and understanding customer needs.
5. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives through strategic sales planning and execution.
6. Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients in a professional and confident manner.
7. Generate leads and prospect potential clients through various methods.
8. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure profitable contracts and deals.
9. Leverage Customer Relationship Management tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
10. Provide accurate sales forecasting to help guide inventory management and production planning.
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of sales experience with displays and fixtures, primarily windows and doors.
2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
3. Proficient in Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Product Knowledge, and Negotiation.
4. Excellent Prospecting Skills and proven ability to meet Sales Goals.
5. Strong understanding of Market Knowledge, Client Relationships, Sales Forecasting, and Understanding Customer Needs.
6. Experience in product demonstration, Lead Generation, sales presentations.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
9. Experience in Competitive Analysis to drive sales strategy and execution.
10. Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
11. A positive, confident, and determined approach.
12. The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
13. High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
14. The skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
