Job Details
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Deliver product presentations and training to clients, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions.
Manage accounts, track leads, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide solutions to customer inquiries and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
Generate detailed reports on sales activities, including forecasts and territory analysis.
Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of sales experience, preferably within the window and door industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform product take-offs.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, training, and service management, including occasional overnight stays.
