Truckers Network is a division of 160 Driving Academy, the largest CDL training vocational school system in the United States. Given the massive shortage of truck drivers in the U.S., 160 Driving Academy has become a strategic supplier of human capital to some of the largest transportation companies in the country.
As a Fuel Business Development Representative at Truckers Network, you will focus on expanding the Truckers Network fuel partner program and adding to the customer base by introducing customers to our fuel discount card and additional services. You will create your individual portfolio of accounts through research and prospecting while becoming consultative in providing our solutions to carriers and owner/operators across the country to help them grow their business and profitability. This is a ground level opportunity with a company that is disrupting the trucking industry. We want individuals that are willing to be creative and collaborative as we scale the business.

Daily Responsibilities
- Grow your account portfolio with practiced cold calling and account retention/management
- Manage your sales pipeline
- Assist customers through the application and setup process
- Analyze reports to identify sales and upselling opportunities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with other team members
Experience, Skills & Characteristics:
- 2-3 years of high volume selling and account management experience
- 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
- Experience selling over the phone and cold calling
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
- Ability to acquire extensive understanding of the trucking industry and carrier needs
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, attention to detail and sales drive
- Confident decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Effective, professional communication
- Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic
