Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, using company resources and self-generated efforts to identify potential clients in residential and commercial markets.
- Conduct security needs assessments, build estimates, and submit proposals to tailor security solutions that align with each client's specific safety requirements and budget.
- Build strong client relationships through excellent communication, regular follow-ups, and a customer-first approach.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AS&T's product offerings to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training on new products, industry standards, and sales strategies.
- Represent AS&T professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in security installations, alarm systems, or related fields.
- ACE certification or the ability to obtain certification within the first six months.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Ability to create estimates and submit bids.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach. Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus!
- High degree of self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards learning new technology and sales methods.
- Reliable transportation; valid driver's license required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as needed.
