Masterpiece Painter is seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, guiding them through the process of enhancing their homes with our top-tier painting services. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every client feels valued and confident in choosing Masterpiece Painter for their interior and exterior painting needs.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are fully understood and met throughout the sales process.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' painting, repairs, and exterior envelope needs, provide expert advice, and present tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed and accurate proposals, quotes, and contracts that reflect the client's specifications and our company's high standards of service.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and painting teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects, keeping the client informed at every stage.
- Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional service.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local market conditions to effectively position Masterpiece Painter's services.
- Client Satisfaction: Uphold our company's mission of prioritizing client satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction and transaction contributes to a positive, long-lasting relationship.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, painting, or a related field. Painting store experience is a plus!
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of our services to clients.
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and challenges, offering creative solutions that meet their expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Construction Knowledge: Well versed in all aspects of Residential Home construction, Interior and Exterior, is highly preferable. Including Carpentry and Estimating knowledge.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the New England region, weather, and its unique residential needs is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to client sites. Ability to pass a background check.
