Position: Sales RepresentativeWe're looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Representative to connect with potential clients and showcase the value of our premium sod installation services. In this critical role, you'll contribute directly to our company's growth by managing the entire sales journey-from prospecting new clients to project handover.
What You'll Do:- Actively generate new business through outbound sales activities (cold calling, networking, door-to-door canvassing, etc.)
- Lead professional sales consultations and provide accurate, timely estimates
- Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to project launch, ensuring a seamless transition to our project management team
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to guarantee clear communication and top-notch project execution
- Set and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and positive relationships
- A proactive self-starter with a track record of success in sales, ideally in home services or landscaping
- An exceptional communicator with strong negotiation skills who thrives on client satisfaction

- Proven sales experience, preferably in home services or landscaping
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of turf, sod, and landscaping is a plus

- Generate a minimum of 20 new leads per month to fuel our growth
- Maintain a conversion rate of at least 30% from lead to sale
- Deliver all project estimates within 24 hours of consultation
- Achieve and maintain an average 45% gross profit margin on all projects sold
