Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to establish relationships with school districts across the United States, introduce them to PDS's comprehensive staffing solutions, and secure service contracts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about education, skilled in outreach, and eager to grow PDS's impact on schools and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify school districts and education decision-makers, including superintendents, special education directors, and human resource managers.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and networking to introduce PDS's services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty.
- Contract Negotiation: Present PDS's services, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the contracting process to ensure successful agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and sales progress using a CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting, customer success, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new contracts.
