Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of the cabinetry or related industries. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Present products and solutions to clients, tailoring approaches to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to support customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to enhance visibility and grow the client base.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in cabinetry, building materials, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
