We are currently searching for an Electrical Sales Representative to join our team as we continue to grow. This individual will be responsible for scheduling and conducting home buyer meetings via Zoom or on-site in the design center by interpreting data, builder specifications and input from other team members. As well as assist with design and administrative task. The successful candidate will need a background in sales and preferable a basic understanding of electrical and lighting design, be detail oriented and able to work well in an autonomous setting.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret floor plans, specifications, and schematics to determine the electrical and low voltage needs of a new construction home.
- Assist in the design and layout of electrical systems.
- Contact and schedule meetings with homeowners to review their electrical design.
- Have general knowledge of NEC code and allowed standards.
- Create a bill of materials for materials used in manufacturing or installation of electrical products.
- Confer with Supervisors and Managers regarding the design of electrical installations.
- Ability to communicate and prioritize workloads, handle multiple projects and deadlines, maintain accurate records, work independently
- Assist Sales Manager with administrative task

Minimum Requirements:
- Sales background - 2 years (preferred)
- Electrical Knowledge (preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Intermediate experience)
- Experience with Zoom
- Design Programs (Bluebeam specifically) photoshop, CAD, etc.
- Knowledge of Builder Software Platforms such as Supply Pro
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers in the office, in the field, builders and buyers
- Eager to learn and self driven
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers License
- Pass a Background Check
