Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for business development
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and promote products or services
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Use English language skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close sales deals
Skills:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Proficient in using software applications for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM)
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for the company
