We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our Lubricants market. You will be selling metalworking fluids, gear oils, grease and hydraulics. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a leading company and play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. As the Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting our high-quality lubricants to various manufacturing industries. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a deep understanding of lubricants.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or accounts in coordination with the Sales Manager.
2. Identify potential customers, manage existing client relationships, and close sales to achieve set sales targets.
3. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support based on their requirements.
4. Present and explain our lubricant products to potential clients in a clear and effective manner.
5. Organize and coordinate sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
6. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development.
7. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our lubricant products.
8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
9. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team.
10. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the lubricants market
2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge of lubricants and their applications, you must have the technical background to be successful
4. Excellent customer service and sales skills, including strong communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and to assess potential risks.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. High level of professionalism and integrity.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
