Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process;
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Complete applications for new policies & process customer policy change requests.
• Prospect and cultivate leads through various channels - cold calls, direct email and other lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policies in the agency's database
