We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects, working with insurance companies, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Learn and use the CRM system for project management and reporting.
• Meet with insurance companies for adjustments and negotiations.
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to generate new business.
• Train and support canvassers in sales techniques.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the restoration process.
• Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 80lbs, climbing ladders, and walking on roofs.
• Familiarity with roofing and siding materials and techniques.
• Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners.
• Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes.
• Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates.
• Attend regular in-house meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and drama-free work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Insurance coverage including workmans comp and general liability.
• Own equipment such as Cougar Paws, tape measure, chalk, and iPad with Internet access.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-Time.
• Salary: $90K - $150K per year. Experienced representatives making over $250K.
• Monthly bonus structure.
• $600 gas card.
• Performance-based bonuses at the end of the year.
• Company-provided truck, ladder rack, and ladders.
• Gas card for travel with limitations.
• Auto insurance coverage (for good driving record holders).
