Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at a leading manufacturer of industrial packaging and labeling equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing accounts while also identifying new business opportunities across the United States. Your expertise in industrial equipment sales, combined with your ability to build strong client relationships and a strategic approach to sales growth, will help drive our company's expansion in both established and new territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
- Provide exceptional service and support, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product orders, and technical assistance.
- New Business Development:
- Proactively identify, target, and develop new business opportunities in untapped territories.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Sales Growth & Territory Expansion:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and objectives.
- Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline activities, continuously refining strategies for territory growth.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as needed to promote the company’s products and build relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts and successfully penetrate new markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S.
