About the Job
Structured Renovations is looking for a professional, goal-oriented, and competitive Construction Sales Representative to join our team focused on Multifamily and Commercial renovations. In this role, you will be tasked with prospecting and developing new relationships with potential customers; creating and executing bids for projects; and managing a portfolio of ongoing projects and customers.
The primary responsibilities of the sales representative role will be to strategically establish and build a solid customer base through acquiring new multi-family and commercial clients. You will be responsible for the continued management of customer relationships to ensure positive customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads including through area research, phone, email, and in person visits
- Travel to potential customers throughout geographic territory
- Create, plan and deliver project bids to potential customers
- Track all sales activities in company systems and keep current by updating customer account information regularly
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Utilize new technologies to enhance sales and project bids during on site visits
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales and project management efforts
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with management to continually improve the sales reporting framework
- Manage and/or assist Project Manager on customer projects as needed
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong track record of accomplishments and promotions in the Sales field
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Experience utilizing new technologies for project bids
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must possess the skills to produce sales
- Knowledge of construction and building materials
- Ability to accurately estimate and document project scope requirements to coordinate labor and material bids for client proposals
