Evirum is a waste management broker. We offer commercial and residential businesses services and products for waste collection, recycling, composting, confidential paper and more. Partnering with the most influential suppliers in the U.S industry, we are a growing company with a lot of potential for development.
Main tasks
- Managing current customers focused on upselling and cross selling
- Communicating with strong inbound leads that require a human touch and help getting over the finish line
- Enterprise B2B sales
- Daily engaged in multiple pieces of technology tracking the sales progression
- Travel focused around the market strategy and activations at NASCAR racing, and traveling to Company meetings in Montreal Canada approximately every 8 weeks.
- Account management of major accounts
- 99% of leads are provided for you however the skills needed in this position will be to convert these leads into deals predominantly over the phone and email
- Maintain and update the CRM database
Qualifications of the ideal candidate
- Must have waste/recycling industry knowledge with a minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Be a top producer for their current company
- Confident and proven track record in sales, in the waste management
- Looking for career growth
- Highly self motivated, able to work well alone and as part of a team
- Comfortable working from home
- Able to travel both within the USA and Canada
- Comfortable with a startup mentality of constant change and fast growth
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Strong phone and organizational skills
- History with using a CRM
- Strong verbal and writing skills

- Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year commissions
