About the Job
Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for Account specialists in the Hartford area for a national fiber internet provider. Account specialists promote and sell internet, TV and phone service at assigned apartment buildings and other locations around Hartford.
Work times vary based on events. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours and have reliable transportation.
$20-$25/hour, plus $50 commission per signup.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use sales skills for customer acquisition
- Utilize various acquisition channels such as flyers, events, digital, presentations, etc. for customer acquisition
- Input customer information and process orders for services
- Provide information about the products and services
- Document and update customer records
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or related field
- A valid driver’s license and reliable access to transportation
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
