- Increase buyer attendance at the Showcase by engaging with potential buyers and promoting the event's value
- Boost product exposure for manufacturers through effective buyer outreach and personalized consultations
- Build strong relationships with buyers to encourage repeat attendance and showcase loyalty
- Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure their products gain maximum visibility and drive higher sales
- Deliver detailed product information and training to empower buyers in their decision-making process
- Travel within a 1–2 hour radius, with up to 5 days out of town monthly, to meet with buyers and promote the Showcase
- Nurture relationships and provide personalized consultations tailored to buyers' unique needs
- Work closely with the team to maintain a dynamic and inviting showcase experience that keeps manufacturers satisfied

Lancaster County Showcase is a wholesale showroom containing high-quality American and Amish-crafted products from more than 130 manufacturers. As a people-oriented and innovative company, we foster a supportive, organized work environment where teamwork and respect thrive. We seek a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our network of buyers and strengthen relationships with manufacturers. Our Ideal Sales Representative:
- Experience: Previous sales experience and knowledge of the furniture industry are required.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with email, website management, and the ability to learn & navigate a CRM.
- Outgoing: Confident and comfortable engaging with potential clients and building lasting relationships.
- Good Listener: Attentive to client needs and can offer tailored solutions.
- Enjoys Traveling: Willing to travel the East Coast to meet with clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communicator: Outgoing and confident when engaging with potential clients, building lasting relationships, and conveying ideas and solutions.
- Organized & Detail-oriented: Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, ensures accurate quotes, and keeps track of sales goals efficiently.
- Self-motivated: Driven to meet sales targets and constantly seeking new business opportunities.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Professional: Treats clients, vendors, and colleagues with respect and integrity.
- Team Player: Works well with colleagues to achieve company goals and provides support when needed.
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license
