Sales Representative - Full Time - Experiential Group

Join our rapidly expanding team as a Sales Representative and embark on a journey of continuous growth, both locally and nationally. The high demand for our specialized marketing and sales strategies has opened up avenues for unprecedented opportunities. We are searching for Sales Representatives who not only satisfy our current client base but also anticipate the needs of future clients, with the potential to train for an Upper Manager position within their first year based on performance.

Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive cross-training in various aspects of our business, including:

• Entry-level advertising, marketing, and sales techniques.
• Business management and client relations.
• Mastering the art of creating impulse and driving sales.
• Training in team leadership and management skills.
• Building long-term personal relationships with clients.

Requirements for Entry-Level Sales:

• Previous experience in events, marketing, promotions, or brand management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Full-time availability, committed to working 40 hours per week.
