Overview:
We are looking for hard working, dedicated individuals looking to earn top tier income in the insurance industry. Our brokers are calling families who have answered one of our outbound marketing- direct mail, internet lead, or social media response, to set appointments virtually to help clients apply for life insurance. In the appointment, you will help educate families on coverage plans, find which program best fits their needs and budget, and fill out an e-application to send into the insurance company. You will be an advocate for these families and a representative for the insurance companies we represent. NO COLD CALLING.
We represent top insurance carriers in the industry covering families needs for Mortgage Protection Life Insurance, Final Expenses, Debt Free Life, Retirement Protection.
This is a hybrid position- mostly remote, day to day working from home with occasional in-person meetings.

Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

Compensation:
Full time brokers on average are helping 4 to 6 families per week. Typically advanced commissions are $600 per application written and family helped.
Part time brokers on average are helping 4-6 families per month.
Bonuses & Incentives:
Producers bonuses available based on production.
Capital bonuses available for agency builders.
Incentive trips provided fully paid for by insurance carriers for top producers.
