Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to represent CTD in the Detroit Metro area. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, industry experience, and a passion for fostering customer relationships, you might be the perfect fit!
What You'll Do:
- Increase market share by promoting and selling CTD products/services to new and existing customers.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and price quotes while managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer standards are met and projects are delivered on time.
What You'll Bring:
- Technical knowledge of the tool and die industry, including engineering processes.
- Proven sales experience in manufacturing and plastic injection molds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-discipline and the drive to work autonomously in a remote, outside sales role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- High School diploma or GED (College education preferred).
