Job Description:
Our Dallas Sales team is expanding, and we're seeking talented individuals to join us. As a member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and selling properties for our investment firm. This involves negotiating deals, maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, text, and email, and conducting in-person meetings. Additionally, you'll be responsible for scheduling appointments and showcasing properties within the area.
Job Requirements:
Must hold a TX Real Estate License
Proficiency in computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Previous sales experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Knowledge of the local market is a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients
Negotiate property prices effectively
Conduct daily property evaluations
Arrange occasional property viewings
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with a dynamic team and enjoy the process!

Pay Structure:
Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour, plus any earned commissions
Following training, base pay adjusts to $14.60 per hour, supplemented by commissions; whichever is greater
Top performers have the potential to earn between $5,000 and $12,000 in monthly commissions
