Sales Representative at Voyager X Inc

We are looking for a seasoned sales representative who has working experience and distribution resources in the industry of adult products and could work with us to expand offline market.

Responsiblities:
1, Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets according to company’s strategic objectives.
2, Develop online and offline sales channels for adult products and expand social media communication resources
3, Establish a customer database, regularly maintain key customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
4, Analyze market trends and competitors’ dynamics as well as formulate significant sales strategies at different stages
5, Organize and participate in industry exhibitions, conferences and seminars to enhance brand awareness and accumulate contacts
6, Effectively manage sales promotion budgets to ensure the cost-effectiveness of sales activities


Requirements:
1, Possess a legal and valid U.S. working permit at least
2, Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related majors, or at least 5 years of sales experience (at least 2 years of sales management experience in the adult products is a must)
3, Excellent self-motivation, stress resistance and skills to achieve business goal achievement
4, Strong business negotiation and customer relationship management abilities
5, Familiar with the U.S. adult products market and understand relevant laws and regulations
6, Good data analysis skills and the ability to use data to drive sales decisions
7, Fluent in spoken and written English, with spoken Chinese being a plus
8, Able to work in a multicultural environment and respect for cultural diversity

Office Location:
Los Angeles, California. Frequent travel as required.

Salary Package:
Competitive salary package, including basic salary and sales commission, according to personal capabilities and experience.
