Jane Thackrey - State Farm Agency, located in Boca Raton, FL has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative. Ability to sell Life Insurance and hit minimum sales requirements is a must. Average earning potential for first year with salary plus bonus and commissions should be $100,000+.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person. Must have strong background in sales with at least 3 years experience. Some prior office experience is preferrable.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Develop new opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
What we provide
- $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary plus bonuses & commissions

Requirements
- Must obtain & retain State of Florida insurance licenses.
- Background in Life Insurance a plus!
- 3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
