Main Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, contact, and close new accounts in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to requests for proposals, information, and rates.
Meet or exceed assigned targets for revenue/profit/volume.
Review actual performance vs. forecast to catch shortfalls.
Maintain existing accounts while pursuing new business.
Work with operations to create SOPs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Inform clients of rate, service and market developments.
