- Cultivate and manage relationships with both residential and commercial clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Drive new business through active prospecting and participation in sales presentations, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop expertise in roofing products and services to effectively educate clients on best-fit solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, accurately documenting project details and costs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through dedicated follow-ups, closing deals, and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure client needs are met from start to finish.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of safety practices, industry trends, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior sales experience preferred but not required; strong work ethic and motivation to succeed are essential.
- Licenses: Must have or be able to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to travel locally as needed and a commitment to representing Guaranteed Roof with professionalism.
