Sales/Project Manager - Cornerstone Recruiting

Looking for a stable position with a clear path for advancement? Cornerstone is actively seeking a Sales/Project Manager for a well-established specialty contractor in the Charlotte, NC area. The services provided by the branch include masonry, EIFS and concrete restoration, building exterior repair and waterproofing. Typical projects range from $300K to $3M and is one branch among 30 others nationwide.

Ideal Project Manager candidates will meet these minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a GC or specialty contractor. Experience with concrete or masonry restoration and/or waterproofing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.

The Project Manager position offers a strong base salary, full health benefits, company vehicle package, uncapped non discretionary bonus, 401k + 4% match, etc.
