Sales Project Coordinator
Roles and responsibilities:
- Project coordination for Sales Team- coordination of appointments, telco and web conferences, organization of business trips (CWT), travel expenses, external and internal meetings, and events
- Correspondence with international partners and affiliates
- Independently managing calendars as well as scheduling and confirming internal and external appointments including ordering catering and booking of meeting rooms
- Preparation of various excel files - sales data of business partners and PowerPoint presentations related to management team meetings or special projects of department head
- Manage all departmental financial project related tracking, reconciliation, reporting and processing in proAlpha (ERP) and related tools
- Supporting month-end, quarterly and year-end close financial processes and reporting
- Posting goods receipts/service performances and monitoring of project milestones
- Administrative contract management
- Support in new projects, as well as ongoing projects, ensure accurate follow-up & timely adaptations of plans/milestones where needed
- Developing and further optimization of internal processes End-to-end responsibility for delivering internal events: planning, vendors onboarding, budget compliance and execution of events in collaboration with Project/Sales Managers
Education & Professional Experience:
- Business Management Education such as certified business expert (Business Administrator / Industrial Clerk), certified business economist (Business Administrator), or equivalent
- Experience of at least 2 years in business management functions in mid-sized companies, authorities or associations
- Good Business management/project management skills
- Good knowledge/understanding of organizational procedures and systems
- Demonstrates initiative
- Flexible and works well even under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills, team-player behavior
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Power Point

Salary
60,000 - 70,000 /year
