Qualifications:
- U.S. legal resident
- Have an active life insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Basic computer knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to clients via phone
- Schedule a virtual meeting to go over options
- Follow up with the client promptly to aid in the application/policy approval process
- Annual customer care reach-outs
- Attend weekly webinars to keep up with service/product knowledge
