- Develop Sales Strategies: Tailor and execute sales strategies to meet the needs of both residential and commercial markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including high-income real estate professionals, general contractors (GCs), and developers.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the countertop and masonry industries.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for review by company leadership.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated client concerns or inquiries to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with the company President to develop sales budgets and growth plans.
- Team Engagement: Conduct regular sales meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and updates on strategy execution.
- Networking and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for the custom countertop or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Knowledge of countertop materials and installation processes.
- Candidates should be familiar with materials, such as granite, quartz, marble, and other engineered or natural stone surfaces.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Willingness to travel and work in varying environments.
