Responsibilities

Utilize AccuLynx and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance market presence and drive product awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or sales management is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in AccuLynx or similar CRM software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
