#CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:To narrow the gap between the Business Unit and the Leading Edge Retailer /Customer such that we operate faster, bolder, in a more consumer and customer obsessed fashion.In this role, you will:For customers covered, either directly managing or directing team in managing:National Plans: Shapes the National Category Strategy/Plan with LER/Channel insight/market trends Customer Plans: Partners with Field Org.
to develop tailored Omni-Channel customer strategies and to build/optimize activation plans via CCP (Build upon National Strategy/Plans) R&O Mgmt: Facilitates the management of ongoing Risks & Opportunities by framing a range of BU acceptable outcomes and guiding the Field team to isolate the best path forward Customer Engagement: Enables Strategy/Plan execution by strategically planning and facilitating customer engagement Allocation: When necessary, accountable for supply prioritization across customers Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate.
Develop individual capabilities to promote.What we look for:Typically 10+ years of CPG experience, ~25% Travel, and BS/BA Degree Significant Clorox/equivalent BU and Customer (Preferably LER) Experience Proficiency in People Management, Sr.
Leadership Communication/Influence, Cross Functional Knowledge/Influence, Financial Acumen Knowledgeable in innovation processes, S&OP/OE, Sales analytics tools (IRI, Panel, Rapid), Categories/Brands, Retail Marketplace, Category Selling and Negotiation, Customer Business PlanningWorkplace type:This role is open to all talent that resides within a Clorox Hub area to abide by the Hybrid 2.0 policy; applicants within 50 miles of a Clorox Hub will be in office 3x per week.

is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.–Zone A: $144,200 - $289,900–Zone B: $132,200 - $265,700–Zone C: $120,200 - $241,600All ranges are subject to change in the future.
